I Will Never Not Find A Meme Opportunity

If I haven't made it blatantly known before, I actually have a multitude of art style at my disposal. So if my hands will not cooperate with the one for the day, I usually can switch to one of the others. This one is one of my more cartoony/simplified versions. (I will be drawing Ivankov one day, or even just going in and coloring the slide in this one because the drawing of them here is just *Chef's kiss* My art style did them justice here, and I couldn't love it more. This doesn't actually happen in her info, But Ivankov and Sabo both give her a hard time for going between missions and visiting Whitebeards crew frequently. (Also, because I don't like the idea that he's actually gone, this is in an AU where Thatch does survive, but these two goons just give her a hard time and make her worry for nothing, lol.)

As you can tell, this is the first pager to my one of my OP ocs, lol. Fun fact about this little gem: I've been sitting on Page one for a couple of months now, and as you'll tell by the next page, uhhh....my art actually hit an upgrade at some point? Dunno when, but my proportions are slowly getting there, lol. (Imagine having your character introduced to their own storyline by being taken down by sea stone, lol.) Anyways, here's the translation of the comic for those of you that aren't able to read my handwriting/ it doesn't show up well: 1. "I swear, if Ace broke in again last night, I'm gonna..." 2. "Aha! I knew he was the one taking my cookies!" 3. "Well I'll be, it really isn't Ace...guess I'll have to give him an apology tomorrow." 4. "But then, if it's not him..." 5. "Then who is this?"

Whoever left me unattended wrapping gifts this year should be promptly fired (aka, give them a promotion because I got to cause massive chaos :D)

Long story short, I've been in charge of wrapping a lot of the things I got peeps in my family. I usually always do, but the running joke is that I NEVER sign any of them with my own name... Keeping the joke alive this year, I signed one of my brother's gifts as 'The Fitness Gram Pacer Test'

And in the same sitting, I took a bunch of the trash I had and molded it into a fishing pole to wrap one of my dad's since his running joke (since he's a huge fisherman) is that when my mom asks for gift ideas, he says 'so-and-so had their eye on this fishing pole for a while now'.

Moral of the story: I have learned I'm a subtle menace when in a positive mindset and left unattended for more than two hours at a time :D

(Also, the one story for Whitebeard's crew I'm writing for Christmas will probably be out -hopefully- by the end of the weekend. But my hands are going to be pretty tied for most of it. So I'm going to be grinding the last little bit of tomorrow to get it done! >:3)

As promised, I have started to go down the rabbit hole of spam art I will be putting out for the next few hours or so. As I said in my heads up, I wanted to try and get all of my platforms up to date and evened out with all of the art that I have stock piled from my other social media accounts. And with the amount of art that I have, it will most likely come up as spam. Anyways, this lovely piece. This is actually two years old now. The last date I have of this piece was back in 2022. I actually have a speedpaint of this up on my YouTube channel. As you can clearly tell with my art, and with as much as I draw Sabo, Ace, and Luffy, my art style of him will have updated dramatically. Se he no longer has a baby face like he does here, lol. Unfortunately, I don't have the save file for this in Clip Studio Paint anymore, so I can't actually go back in and fix anything on this...however, I can redraw it in the near future hopefully! Part three of the concept designs :3 Up next on the roster is the crew's favorite giant man, Woton. (Though, on days he can quickly be considered a gentle giant...even if he won't admit it, lol.) Woton is actually an ex-marine, but is the crew's shipwright. At the time that he was originally taken into consideration but the crew to join them, he was actually trying to hunt them down. When Lee originally parted from her brother's crew, he tried to hunt them down in order to kill them. However, the reason he couldn't pull himself to was due to the fact that they decided to help him, nor did they ever try to fight his own men while trying to get away. The second time that they had an encounter was at the next island that they had docked at. Somehow, Woton's crew got mutilated by another pirate fleet, and most of the surviving men had sustained severe injuries. Lee's crew tried helping the best they could- and had even gone as far as to convincing the island's doctors to teach them what to do to help. During that time, Woton decided to interrogate Lee about any potential knowledge she had of the One Piece or affiliations with Gol Roger himself, yet after coming up short handed from what the World Government told him, he quickly came to the conclusion that she was innocent of their claims. In return for helping him and his men, he offered to repair the damage that they had done to her ship, resigned his position in the Marines, and ended up joining Lee's crew. Now, while this man does have a short temper on days, he can be just as patient. his favorite pass times include looking after Kimchi (and willow while she was a part of the crew)- though, it seems more like he was involuntarily assigned that job- managing the crew's finances, and collecting rare coins and gems...what, a man can have his hobbies, can't he? At the time of joining, Woton was 28. He is also the only member of the crew to have devil fruit powers.

My last thought for tonight (and maybe until the end of the weekend when I start posting my new fanfic for here only-):

Have you ever stopped to think about how the people on the grand line fish? Like, legitimately. Obviously they have to fish in order to survive (and whatever they believe help the people that have allergies to seafood-) but it's funny to stop and think about.

Obviously they can't fly fish since everything is a part of the ocean (unless they're at a lake or pond while visiting an island). And they can't really use worms or power bait/etc., so they'd have to either use massive lures or raw meat.

And with a lot of the aquatic animals there are, you can't really use small fish as bait (for the du-gongs (hopefully I spelt this right from memory) and other animals in that category on the grand line). Even at that, sea kings probably wouldn't bite. So you'd have to use some kind of raw meat and try and fish. It's also funny to think about as well that you'd have to have both an abundance of fishing line to reach the depth that seakings and other fish would be at, as well as use as cannon ball as a weight in order to get down that far.

I guess it's not really THAT interesting unless you're into fishing, lol. (I'm not personally, but my dad is and used to teach me a lot about fishing, lol)

Ok, soooo, I'm gonna have to break this down into a multitude of parts, lol, so please bear with me here. Basically, the next few parts that I am going to slightly be spam posting out are all concept designs of members of Lee's old crew, the Meadow pirates. However, because the descriptions of each member is too long, I have to break their info up into individual posts. (I tried making a master post on them, I'm sorry in advanced ;-;) Sooo, getting right into things, we'll start with Willow (or Kadie as her concept image lists). So, Willow was never really an official member of the Meadow Pirates (the name of Lee's original crew). A lot of the reason for this was because Lee would not accept her as a member of the crew. (Aka, she really wanted to, but Noko had told her it was for the best to find someone on another island to take care of Willow instead in order to assure her safety.) While she did sail with them for a few months prior to what happened to them, she eventually was left with an elderly woman who was glad to have a kid to treat as her own grandchild. A lot of the reason Willow was on her own was due to relations her home island people had with Marines. For some reason, the Marines were very crooked and usually taxed the residents of the island amounts of money. And if they couldn't pay, they were usually the first to be pushed out to protect the marines from pirates instead of the other way around. Willows parents actually tried to start a rebellion to try and run the Marines off, but unfortunately both were killed in the process. And due to Willow being their daughter, most of the island people were afraid to take her in/ couldn't afford it, leaving her neglected by both the Marines and civilians. Lee's crew decided that they would take her to at least give her a temporary home until they could find her a proper place to live. At the time of being apart of Lee's crew, Willow was eight.

Note: Please excuse the fact that this is a copy and paste version of my Cara's post. It's late, I'm tired, and I still have a bunch left to do tonight, so I'm just trying to save on time, lol. Another note before I get to the actual post: have any of you read Oda's 'Wanted' book? It's full of a bunch of stories he wrote before One Piece, and Oh. My. Goodness. I am IN LOVE with all of the stories in it, they're all different than one another, and they actually show where his character inspiration came from for a lot of the OP characters (Like Shanks, Zoro, and I want to say Kaya for one of the stories.) But yeah, I highly recommend reading it at some point if you guys get the chance to! _______

This was one of the first few attempts that I made at making an OP Screencap. I don't like how this specifically turned out, so I definitely will be planning on reding this again in the near future!
