The Hashira's Darling | Chapter Four | Various x GN reader

Part Five

The following days Sanemi and Mitsuri were patrolling around your home the two Hashira felt as though they were married to you, you would wake up and make breakfast for the three of you, and sometimes if you weren’t finished the both of them would help you, Kanroji asked you out to get Sakura Mochi and it was an absolute blast for the both of you and Mitsuri even bought (Fav color) socks that matched hers and you’ve been wearing them every day. Sanemi and you made Ohagi that the three of you ate together and you haven’t felt this happy in so long, you were kind of feeling upset about the both of them leaving but the three of you agreed to send letters to each other and you would get to meet new people so that cheered you up, so the three of you had some lunch before you saw the two Hashira off and would invite the next Hashira to your home. The three of you were walking down the familiar path to where you would meet two more Hashira.

Before you even arrived at the spot you heard someone yelling loudly to another person, you could see Kanroji get excited by the voice. When you entered the clearing you saw two people who seemed to be opposites, one resembled a calmly flowing river while the other was a fiercely exited flame 'Kyojuro! How are you?' Kanroji greeted the fire like man running up to him, you looked towards Sanemi and noticed he seemed very angry, you placed your hand gently on his arm making him tense a bit then look down towards you 'Are you ok Sanemi?' You asked filled with concern 'I'm fine just annoyed is all' Sanemi mumbled to you, the two of you then went to join the group 'Ah! Kyojuro this is L/N Y/N aren't they cute?' Kanroji asked introducing you to the other Hashira.

'Yes, they are! I'm Rengoku Kyojuro! It's nice to meet you!' The man yelled obnoxiously loud and you couldn't help but flinch at how loud he was 'Oi! Talk quieter' Sanemi growled at Rengoku and the Flame Hashira's smile seemed to dim due to you flinching 'I'm sorry L/N! I didn't mean to startle you!' Rengoku was still yelling but its volume was noticeably lower, you looked over to the other Hashira who was still unnamed to you. He was looking towards the ground and the air around him felt lonely, you walked up to him and he looked down at you at your approaching footsteps 'I'm L/N Y/N what's your name?' You asked introducing yourself but he stared down at you and you could feel Social Anxiety all over him 'You don't have to answer me, you're here to enjoy yourself and relax!' You explained and you could see and feel the Hashira in front of you calm down a little.

Sanemi and Kanroji were off and you were leading the new Hashira's to your home 'So! Your home is surrounded by Wisteria flowers?' Rengoku exclaimed 'Yes it blooms year-round here like at Fujikasane Mountain' you explained and you could feel the energy of the unnamed Hashira shift to one of self-loathing, you looked towards him he had his eyes downcast with a solemn look on his face 'Oh! My home is just up ahead!' You exclaimed grabbing the two Hashira's attention as they looked forward and you watched as they both stiffened and took in your home. Kyojuro couldn't believe his eyes it was a feeling like he was a child again and he would go inside and see his late mother again.

Giyuu was stunned, the air around your home was the same when he was a child and Tsutako was still alive, or when he was training with Sabito. Your home was so comforting and warm it was reminding the two boys of their fondest memories where they were taken care of and loved for, as before you showed the two their rooms and gave them a spare yukata to wear, but this time you went to your greenhouse to take care of your plants, you went to your room and put on a sombrero vueltiao, a dark blue ruana over a light grey shirt, a pair of black pants and finally your espadrilles.

In your greenhouse, you were growing herbs, vegetables, flowers, succulents, and cacti (they were your favorite) you put on some gardening gloves and got to work, making sure all the plants were taken care of properly until you heard the door open and looked to see Rengoku 'Ah! Hello, Rengoku I'm just taking care of my babies you can stay if you like' you said spritzing a baby succulent with water 'Did you grow all these?' Kyojuro asked in a softer voice than before as he looked all around, you had some hanging from the ceiling, some latching onto the wall and a few growing in the ground and some in a planter pot 'What are these?' He asked and you turned to see him pointing at your potatoes 'Those are my potatoes. I heard from Kanroji that you love sweet potatoes. I don't mind making some for lunch' you said and couldn't help but let out a giggle as Rengoku reminded you of the sun with that big smile of joy he had on his face.

You harvested the potatoes and some galinsoga parviflora, caper, and corn to make for lunch you weren't sure if your other mysterious guest would like what you make but if he doesn't you'll just make something else for him! You went to your kitchen and placed your ingredients on the bench and other things you might need and began to prepare lunch. When you had just finished making the sweat potatoes you felt your silent guest stand next to you, his energy was curious this time 'Hello! I'm just making some Ajiaco for lunch, it's from my home country' you said enthusiastically looking up at the man 'Tomioka Giyuu' he said suddenly confusing you.

'My name is Tomioka Giyuu' he finally said 'It's nice to meet you Tomioka! I'm L/N Y/N!' You happily introduced yourself glade that he was comfortable enough to introduce himself 'Is there anything I can do for you Tomioka?' You asked and silence followed but you still looked up at him 'It's ok, take your time' you said with a patient smile and after a few seconds he spoke up 'C-Could I help you with the food?' He asked shyly avoiding eye contact, at this, you beamed up at him 'Of course, you can!' You said then gave the Hashira a task as you did yours, there was a comfortable silence between you two.

Tomioka felt very relaxed in your presence, he didn't feel extremely awkward to try and talk with you and you wouldn't get angry with him like Sanemi or make him sad by bad-mouthing him like Iguro. The two of you then add the last things then served the food and Rengoku joined you two as soon as he smelt the sweat potatoes, every time Kyojuro would take a bite of the sweet potato he would boisterously yell out an "Umai!" He and Tomioka both tried your Ajiaco and said it was delicious. The three of you were in the comfort room, you were talking with Kyojuro, and Giyuu was listening and joining in time to time, Cherry suddenly flew through an open window and landed in your lap you gave her a cherry as she cawed happily and you gave her soft head pats.

'Tomioka Giyuu! Rengoku Kyojuro! Demons have been staying around Y/N's home! Kagaya asks that you petrol at night! Make sure Y/N is safe!' Cherry ordered to the two Hashira 'Is there anything else you can tell us?' Tokioka asked 'No more information! Ask Y/N!' Cherry screeched out then flew out the window to probably sleep in the sun, the two Hashira then turned to you, and you explained the day a demon almost kidnapped you while mentioning that part you saw the two men visibly tense up 'But in the end, Sanemi and Kanroji saved me' you finished off 'Well that was very brave of them! I'm glad they were able to rescue you!' Rengoku shouted out and Tomioka agreed nodding.

'You two don't have to patrol tonight. I'm sure you two are tired so I'm sure you can rest until tomorrow night!' You exclaimed 'That would be atrocious of us to not help someone in need because of tiredness! I'm sure Tomioka agrees!' Rengoku exclaimed and again Giyuu also agreed 'Well in the meantime while the sun is still up, how about we enjoy the hot springs!' You exclaimed and after the both of them agreed and now you three were relaxing in the hot water 'This is very relaxing L/N!' Rengoku exclaimed crossing his arms and closing his eyes.

You could tell that both of them were pretty relaxed enjoying the heat against their tense muscles 'Did the two of you have a specific reason for joining the Demon Slayer Corps?' You asked them both suddenly getting curious 'Well in my family it is tradition for the oldest child to join the Demon Slayer Corps!' Rengoku explained and you nodded along, you turned to Tomioka encouraging him to talk, but the energy returned to self-loathing 'If it's a hard subject Tomioka you don't have to say' you spoke trying to comfort the quiet male 'No... I-I would like to talk about it to some' Giyuu began. He knew that if he kept on bottling in his feelings they would just overflow and he did want to get all his troubles off his chest.

'I joined the Demon Slayer Corps due to my older sister Tsutako getting eaten by a demon' he said and you could feel his energy unbearably sorrowful but you could also feel a sense of relief 'I'm sure she was an amazing sister' you said which result in Giyuu letting out silent tears, you moved to where he was and embraced him while combing your fingers through his hair, you felt Kyojuro move and hug Tomioka from behind 'I can't imagine how devastating that must of felt. How old were you?' Kyojuro asked his voice was filled with much sadness 'I-I was 13' Giyuu managed to sob out and you and Kyojuro both tightened your hug on the Water Hashira 'She d-died the day before her wedding!' Giyuu cried out shoving his head into your shoulder blade.

His shoulders were trembling with the force of his sobs, both you and Kyojuro held Tomioka as he let out what must have been years worth of tears. After a few more minutes Giyuu calmed down enough as you and Kyojuro stopped the group hug but were close enough to hug the Water Hashira 'I met a boy named Sabito he was amazing! He almost defeated every demon during Finale Selection' Giyuu started and you could see the fondness on his face recalling the memory 'But he was killed. I was injured as soon as the trial started... I don't deserve to be a Hashira I couldn't kill a single demon on that mountain, it would be better if I died instead' Giyuu said that with such confidence he must have thought it was a fact.

'I don't think so' you said kind of annoyed that he would think such a thing 'But-' 'No buts. I can tell that you've worked so hard to become a Hashira. Also saying that you're better off dead is an insult to Tsutako and Sabito's memory. Do you have any other relatives? If not that Tsutako will be forgotten. Sabito might have someone else that will remember him but if you were to die, then all the memories you shared with him will disappear you ranted on and cupped Giyuu's face looking into his eyes 'So don't ever say you wish to die ever again!' You demanded. Giyuu was at a loss you had reminded of that very important conversation he had with Sabito.

Tomioka could feel the tears coming again and latched onto you in a hug again and you returned the hug. Soon enough the three of you had to get out of the hot springs or else you would turn pruny all over, both Hashira were preparing to go out to patrol and you made a bento for the both of them and you sent the both of them off, but not before insisting they can wait until the next night but Rengoku was having none of that. So the Hashira were off to patrol the area around your home, you just hope the both of them will be fine.

‘Thank you so much…’ ‘(L/N). (L/N) (Y/N)!’ You replied ‘Thank you so much (L/N) for helping my husband get home’ Usagi the wife of the man you helped whose name was Sakkaku thanked ‘It’s no problem really’ you smiled at the lady ‘It’s getting late, would you like to stay for the night?’ Usagi asked ‘I would love to but I have to get back' you said ‘Are you sure?’ Usagi asked worried ‘Yes I wouldn’t want to worry my friends!’ You insisted ‘Are you sure those two are just friends?’ Usagi questioned ‘What do you mean?’ You asked confused ‘The way you said “friends” you thought about the two and I could tell they mean more to you’ Usagi stated as her husband? stood next to her ‘My wife here has a gift for predictions especially if they’re love related’ Sakkaku explained proudly giving her a peck on her cheek ‘If you want I wouldn’t mind giving you a free prediction for helping my husband’ the woman insisted and your curiosity got the better of you and you entered their home.

The two’s home was small but cozy as well ‘Your home is very nice’ you complimented looking around ‘Thank you’ Usagi thanked then lead you to a back room that had incense burning and some white candles were lit, she sat down so you sat across from her ‘What I practice is called Palmistry where I study a person's palm to give insight into their future’ Usagi explained and she reached for your left hand and started to inspect it ‘I can tell you will live a long happy life with you lovers’ Usagi said smiling ‘Lovers?’ You asked a bit flustered ‘Yes I think nine or maybe twelve’ Usagi spoke you were used to having more than one partner your grandfather and father did the same thing to make sure there would be an heir and it felt natural to you to have multiple partners but nine or twelve partners?! You were shocked.

‘I can also see that you meet them all by the end of this year, how exciting!’ Usagi exclaimed happily since Winter was almost ending and the new year would come soon ‘Can you tell me anything about them?’ You questioned curiously ‘Nothing specific other than they all will protect you no matter the cost, and they are all very strong’ Usagi said staring intently at your palm ‘Is there anything negative you see?’ You asked hoping your family won’t repeat with the new family you will eventually make ‘I can’t see anything bad happening with your lovers…. But I do see evil coming for you’ Usagi spoke in a serious tone ‘Can you tell me what that means?’ You asked ‘Not exactly it’s hard to pinpoint most of it is jumbled and weaving through other topics so it’s hard to get a grip’ Usagi explained apologetically ‘Well I think that’s enough predictions I can handle for the night. I should get going’ you said standing up ‘How about you stay for tea to think over what I’ve said’ Usagi rushed a bit desperately ‘But-‘ ‘No buts you just hang tight and I’ll bring in some tea’ Usagi said dragging you to the dining room.

Meanwhile, Sanemi and Kanroji were in their yukata as Mitsuri was finishing up dinner ‘Where are they?’ Sanemi questioned out loud ‘They should be back by now’ Sanemi grumbled out until your kusagi crow suddenly flew through an open window ‘Emergency! Emergency!’ The crow screeched out ‘Whose crow are you?’ Sanemi questioned as Mitsuri stood next to Sanemi ‘I’m (Y/N)’s crow! (Y/N)’s crow! (Y/N) has encountered a demon! Demon! Please follow me! Follow me!’ Your crow worriedly yelped out as the two Hashira looked to each other wide-eyed then as fast as they could change into their Demon Slayer uniform while equipped with their Nichirin blades ‘Lead the way’ Mitsuri demanded and the Hashira were off following the crow as quick as they could to save you.

Usagi and Sakkaku the two people you met were not real as while you were collecting flowers a demon used its Blood Demon Art, which started your unconscious hallucination. A demon had you completely under their spell as they carried you ‘He will be very happy when I give you to him, he might even make me an Upper Moon’ the demon said gleefully, then it felt the presence of the Hashira coming and jumped away from Sanemi’s attack ‘You better give back (Y/N) unless you have a death wish!’ Sanemi growled at the demon ‘No can do! That man wants this human!’ The demon yelled back ‘That man? Do you mean Kibutsuji Muzan! What would he want with (L/N)?’ Mitsuri asked in horror ‘As if I'd tell you!’ The demon yelled back then puffed out smoke from their mouth being careful to cover your nose and mouth.

The two Hashira followed covering their nose and mouth and Sanemi quickly cut off the demon's head being careful not to accidentally hurt you and Kanroji caught you so you wouldn’t land on the floor, after a few seconds you woke up yawning cutely while rubbing your eyes ‘Kanroji? Sanemi? What happened?’ You asked looking up at the two as Sanemi stood next to Mitsuri to check on you ‘A demon used its Blood Demon Art on you. Are you hurt anywhere?’ Sanemi asked after explaining to you what happened ‘Really?! I didn’t even notice!’ You exclaimed surprised fully awake now ‘We should get you home before more demons show up’ Kanroji said and Sanemi agreed as the three of you walked back to your home with Mitsuri still carrying you in her arms.

All three of you wrote a letter to Kagaya explaining what had happened and soon after you got a response.

Dear (L/N) (Y/N)

I'm glad to hear Sanemi and Mitsuri were able to save you from that demon. I have asked Sanemi and Mitsuri to patrol the area around your home for any more demons. I recommend that you stay inside during the night and if you need to go anywhere have it so that Mitsuri or Sanemi should accompany you.

'Well, Kanroji we should get to patrolling' Sanemi spoke standing up and the girl followed 'You two are going to patrol tonight?' You asked also standing up 'Well it's better to start straight away than wait until tomorrow night' Mitsuri spoke as she and Sanemi were eyeballing the still warm dinner, getting a great idea you grabbed two containers and a special snack you made before leaving then put the dinner and special treat in the container then handed the two Hashira their respected bento 'Well you shouldn't be slaying demons on an empty stomach so have this!' You happily exclaimed as the two Hashira's cheeks were pink, the both of them thanked you then left.

Mitsuri had been slaying a few demons she ran into and she felt her stomach growl embarrassingly loud so she brought out the quickly made bento you made, she opened the lid to see the dinner she had prepared but noticed the bento was double-layered and lifted the first layer and saw her favorite food Sakura Mochi with a little note.

Hey Kanroji! ( ^_^)/~~~

I made these Sakura Mochi that I and you could have after dinner, but I hope you like them, and if you want we can go out and get Sakura Mochi another time! ( ◠‿◠ )

'Kyaaa! (Y/N) is so cute and sweet! I can't wait to go out and get Mochi with them!' Mitsuri exclaimed happily finding the little drawings you did adorable she first ate the dinner then ate the Sakura Mochi, now feeling more full and started to patrol much faster so she can see you again and thank you as well as ask you out to get Sakura Mochi sometimes she would get so distracted by how cute you were that she would sometimes trip over or make a loud sound which alerted a demon she was sneaking upon.

Sanemi like Mitsuri had already killed a bunch of demons but had no trouble finding answers as to why Kibitsuji would want you and it frustrated the man, he wanted to protect you so badly and he couldn't even find out why the Demon King was looking for you. Letting out a frustrated sight Sanemi brought out the bento you made and lifted the first tier and was a bit surprised when he saw his favorite food Ohagi as well as a note from you.

Hi Sanemi! ヽ(*＾ω＾*)ﾉ

I made these Ohagi because Kagaya had told me they were your favorite. This was my first time making them so I hope you don't hate them too much. （−＿−；) I was wondering if you wanted to make Ohagi together, make sure to stay safe! (*^▽^*)

Sanemi could feel his face heating up, you were just too cute for your good. He ate the dinner Kanroji made and it tasted really good, then he took a bite out of the Ohagi you made and was utterly stunned, you wrote that this was your first time making the treat but it tasted divine to him! There was no way you hadn't made this before. Sanemi quickly scarfed down the rest of the Ohagi and put the bento away and got up, he wanted to hurry this up to thank you for the food as well as ask for you to make some more Ohagi.

Once the two Hashira had arrived back at your home it was around 4 am, but the two were shocked to see you still awake '(L/N)! What are you doing awake you should be asleep!' Mitsuri cried out rushing over to you as you were having trouble standing upright, you wore a yukata and had a soft (Fave Pastel Color) blanket wrapped around your body while you were playing some music on your guitar 'Oh! Mitsuri, Sanemi your back. I wanted to stay up to make sure you two came back to me safe. I have bandages here if any of you two are hurt' you said standing up but not without wobbling a bit as Mitsuri panicked making sure she could catch you if you did fall over.

'(Y/N). You should have just gone to bed, we're Hashira we can handle ourselves' Sanemi chided but didn't seem annoyed at you 'By the way did you enjoy your bento's?' You asked with a cute tired smile, honestly, you were going to kill the Hashira with how cute you are 'Yes! I did! I loved the Sakura Mochi you made (L/N)! And that note you made was so cute!' Mitsuri fangirled cupping her pink cheeks 'I like the Ohagi you made as well the note was very sweet of you' Sanemi smiled down at you and placed a hand on your head giving you a little pat. You also began to blush at the kind words the Hashira said, this was some much-needed positive emotions on your end 'Mitsuri is it alright if we also call each other by our first names?' You asked looking up at the girl but not making any eye contact out of shyness 'Aww! (L/N) you're so cute! Of course, we can go by first names!' Mitsuri exclaimed happily.

'I'm glad you liked the treats *yawn* but I think I should get to bed' you spoke yawning between your sentence 'I'll carry to your room' Kanroji said already lifting you 'Why do you get to carry (Y/N) to their room?' Sanemi asked a bit jealous since this has been the longest he's been without seeing you since you two met 'Well you have blood all over you and I don't think blood would look good on them. Even though I bet they look good in almost anything!' Mitsuri explained then gushed about you not worrying much since you had fallen asleep. Mitsuri then took you to your room and set out your futon for you, as she was about to leave you grabbed her wrist 'Come cuddle with me' you demanded in a cutely tired voice, Mitsuri's face erupted in flames 'Uh... (Y/N) I have to get cleaned and change first I'm all sweaty' Mitsuri explained 'Fine but be back quick' you muttered in a deeper voice than your usual one since you were tired.

Mitsuri quickly ran to the baths and scrubbed herself extremely fast and changed into her yukata and went under the blanket of your futon and was thankful you two could fit, you immediately went into cuddle mode as you clung on Mitsuri getting in a more comfortable position. Mitsuri's heart was going a mile a minute with how cute you were acting and you must off felt her heart as you looked up to her 'Kanroji can I play with your hair?' You asked and the said girl felt like she was dying 'I-If you want to' Mitsuri stuttered out turning so her back faced you so you could reach her hair easier, you brought up your hand began to softly take out her three braids 'You know I really like your hair' you commented shocking the girl 'what?' She asked thinking she heard you wrong 'Your hair I think it's really pretty when I first saw you I thought your hair looked really cute, and that it suites' you and adds to how cute you are' you rambled off mindlessly weaving your fingers through her multi-colored hair, being careful not to make a not.

Kanroji couldn't believe a word you said ever since her hair changed color she's hated it she couldn't get married at all until she changed herself completely into a different person and was starving herself to seem more ladylike and it always made her unhappy but hearing this words from you she felt so many different emotions that she just started crying, and you hearing her trying to muffle her sobs you hugged her body close to yours tightly as you continued to compliment everything about her. Kanroji soon exhausted herself from crying so much and began to sleep. You hugged her form more tightly to you until you felt the tiredness consume you as you went into the wonderful world of dreams.

Ok so I've been reading a bunch of Genshin Impact Sagau so why not have a Demon Slayer Sagau (since I haven't seen this, this is my AU but if someone else has done this please tell me)

From what I've just been thinking of God reader is actually the god that gives the Demon Slayer katana's the power to actually kill a demon by making sure the sun shines the brightest on the ore used to make the swords.

They were also the one that gifted the crows to talk to give the Demon Slayers directions.

I also think that they were the one that gifted Yorichi making him literally gifted by a god, God reader also told the Ubuyashiki family of Muzan and that they need to destroy him to free their family of the curse and how to protect themselves against the demons

God reader is also the one to give the Ubuyashiki family the ability of foresight as well as give Kagaya a voice to sooth people's souls

With the Corps rules another one was added which was that every Hashira estate every Wisteria House and at the Ubuyashiki and the Sword Smith Village are all to have at least 1 or 2 statues of you at least that anyone can worship as well as give offerings to you

A Ubuyashiki family member once asked what your favourite colours were and after you answered they ran off but they visited you the next day because they made you a bracelet with those colours you thanked them, and surprising everyone the child managed to live until dying of old age, so it's rumoured that if you have one of God readers favourite colour on you somewhere your mission or life will end in good fortune

All Ubuyashiki members pray to you at a statue at least 30 minutes a day that is in the wisteria forest protected by demons, no one but the Ubuyashiki family members are allowed to visit this statue or know of it since they wanted to keep it in pristine condition since this was the location you first appeared to the Ubuyashiki family

when the Hashira go on dangerous missions they would often pray to one of your statues for you to watch over them and help them save as many people as they can and many family members of the Hashira would pray to you that they would return home safe

Imposter AU God Reader actually had demon qualities like claws, horns, sharp teeth, demon markings, etc. but people felt it was controversial if you looked like a demon so they didn't use them in any statues, paintings or anything that had you in it. Only the statue of you with your demon qualities is in the Ubuyashiki family wisteria forest and the family is the only one who know of your demon qualities and have items of you with them shown

Might add more if I get more ideas

Guess what the topic is based on my personal ratings

• Kyojuro would place very high in this it makes sense that he would

• Giyuu and Muichiro would be good contenders, I feel like it would take a while if these two went against each other or Rengoku

• I think Shinobu would also place pretty high but would eventually get out with how awkward it would be

• Tengen would also be good but I think he would not place that high for some reason, I think he wouldn’t take it too seriously and get himself out

• Next I think Sanemi would be in the middle due to his temper he would only last a couple of minutes

• I feel like Mitsuri would also be in the middle for the sort of same reason as Sanemi but she would just get flustered and lose

• Iguro would also be good at this but if you set him up with Mitsuri or Tomioka he would lose on purpose with Mitsuri so she could win and with Giyuu because he doesn’t want to do that with him

• Himejima would be disqualified and wouldn’t really be able to join

• I feel like Nezuko would be ok at it but is kind of average at this

• I also think the same for Tanjiro he would be pretty good but would eventually lose

• I feel Zenitsu would actually be good at this but if he went against any girls he would lose so they could win

• Inosuke is terrible at this he probably wouldn’t even last a minute and just want to fight everyone instead (he doesn’t even know what it is)

• Kanao would place really high in this she could probably rival Rengoku

• Genya would be the same as Mitsuri and Sanemi he would probably do good at the beginning but would become awkward or flustered

In a few days I’ll update this post with the answer but feel free to guess what it is

Demon Confusion ||| 悪魔の混乱 ||| Various x reader (Chapter Three)

It was dawn as Tanjiro was in the room you were sleeping in, he was writing in his journal, finishing he blew the light out and walked out the room, he looked at your sleeping form ‘Let’s go’ Urokodaki spoke looking at Tanjiro Nezuko stood up just finished putting her shoes on, Tanjiro closed the door to the room.

‘The Demon Slayer Core we number in the hundreds. An organization completely unrecognized by the government, since ancient times we have existed to hunt down demons. However, the identity of the Demon Slayer Cores leader has always remained a mystery. Demons their staple food humans, they hunt and kill them, it is unclear when or where they first appeared. Incredibly physical prowess their wounds heal almost instantly flesh completely restores itself severed limbs regenerated. Some can shape shift, some have other powers, they can only be killed by sunlight or by decapitation with a special sword. The demon slayers fight them with mere mortal bodies, as humans' wounds are slow to heal and their lost limbs are unable to grow back, nevertheless they fight to protect and defend humanity’

‘I am a trainer, my job is to teach new swordsman there are many other trainers, each one is different they all educate their students using their own methods. To complete your training and join the demon Slayer corps, you will have to survive the final selection process on Mount Fujikasane, and I decided whether you take that challenge or not’ Urokodaki had explained all of this on the first day their training would begin.

Starting today, I have decided to write this journal for (Y/N). Again, today I descended the mountain with Nezuko. We both train as hard as we can so we won’t die during final selection. We go down the mountain day after day. We both have become quite good at avoiding the traps. Nezuko and I have become stronger and my nose is even sharper at picking up scents. But the traps are getting much deadlier. It’s like he wants to kill us. Today we went down the mountain with a katana. It really gets in the way, so me and Nezuko got caught in a lot more traps.

Today we both started swinging the katana I say “today” but lately we do this every day. After descending the mountain, we swing our Katina's so much we feel like our arms will fall off.

The first thing he taught us was the katana breaks easily. It’s strong against force lengthwise. But weak against force from the side. With a katana you must attack straight ahead. When you swing a katana the direction of the blade and the direction of the force you apply must be the exact same. Furthermore, Urokodaki said. If you break your sword, I’ll break every bone in your body, he’s threats are very cold like the mountain.

Today we fell down a lot we were training to do it as softly as possible so we can get up quickly from any position. I raise my katana and charge Urokodaki trying to kill him, meanwhile his unarmed barehanded, he’s ridiculous strong he throws me over his shoulder every time I roll to the ground.

It was nighttime as Tanjiro and Nezuko entered your room you were still sound asleep ‘Hello (Y/N)’ they both greeted as Tanjiro went to write in his journal while Nezuko grabbed a brush and sat behind you, sitting you up as well as she began to brush your hair. Nezuko had cut her own hair, it ended at her chest since her long hair would get in the way of training ‘Hey Tanjiro, how long do you think (Y/N) will be asleep for?’ She asked looking down at you worried you had been asleep for three weeks now ‘I’m not sure but we have to stay strong for (Y/N)!’ Tanjiro exclaimed smiling at Nezuko she smiled back ‘Right!’ She responded putting you back in your futon, then she gave you a goodnight kiss ‘Good night (Y/N)’ she said then exited the room going to the one she shared with Tanjiro.

Today’s lesson was about breathing techniques and fighting forms. ‘Total concentration breathing?’ Tanjiro asked ‘That's right. Also, I’m going to be teaching you all ten water breathing forms. Start by taking a long deep breath so the oxygen flows through every cell in your body, this will enhance your healing ability and stabilize as well as energies your spirit. Now relax your arms and shoulders but keep your lower body braced’ both siblings did what Urokodaki said ‘Good, now breath’ the both of them took in a long breath but chocked when Urokodaki put pressure on their stomach.

‘Wrong! Next the forms’ Urokodaki spoke Tanjiro got into different poses ‘Right! How am I doing!’ ‘All wrong!’ ‘How about now?!’ ‘Still wrong!’ ‘Now?!’ ‘Again!’ ‘Now?!’ ‘Terrible!’ Urokodaki then continuously slapped Tanjiro’s stomach while Nezuko looked at the two with a blank face.

I get yelled at for not bracing my stomach and get clobbered to a pulp. The next lesson we had to become one with the water. Both Nezuko and Tanjiro looked over a very high cliff ‘Urokodaki are you sure this is safe?’ Nezuko asked ‘What are you waiting for get in already’ Urokodaki spoke then pushed Tanjiro with his foot making him fall of the edge ‘Aah! Tanjiro!’ Nezuko yelled as Tanjiro fell down ‘I’m doing this for (Y/N)!’ Tanjiro yelled as he fell ‘Now your turn’ Urokodaki said also kicking Nezuko over the cliff ‘wwwwhhhhyyyyyyy!’ Nezuko yelled as Urokodaki looked at their bodies floating down stream

As of now (Y/N) has been asleep for six months. Urokodaki called a doctor to look at you but he found nothing wrong. Yet it’s strange you keep sleeping like this. Nezuko and I are really scared I thought I’d wake up in the morning and you’d be dead. And that’s still how I feel every night. Nezuko hasn’t been doing too good either. She doesn’t take that many breaks and she’s constantly training I’m really worried about her-

Tanjiro looked over to you but you were gone ‘huh…. (Y/N)! Where are you!’ Tanjiro yelled immediately running out of the room he could faintly smell you and followed your scent until he found you standing in front of Nezuko she was crying at the sight of you, she ran up to you for a hug but instead of returning it you punched her! (Texas Smash!) ‘Nezuko what do you think you're doing! You're scaring me and Tanjiro! You should be taking care of yourself……I told you to be strong not reckless, you won’t be able to protect me or Tanjiro if you can’t protect yourself’ you were lecturing her sternly but you then returned to a calm voice of an older sibling.

You sat in front of her and hugged her ‘Please don’t hurt yourself like this’ you finished as Nezuko began sobbing. You looked up at Tanjiro who was shocked with tears of his own, you gave him your sweet smile and lifted an arm to invite him to join the hug. He sprinted and jumped at you two making you fall down, you gave a big laugh and hugged the two even tighter, they began to laugh as well they were so happy you were awake. Urokodaki had given the two the day off so you could catch up with the two.

When you were reading over Tanjiro’s journey you immediately got interested in total concentration breathing, you asked Urokodaki if he could teach it to you, and he was extremely surprised when you picked it up very quickly, you began to do the breathing constantly! ​​​​​​‘Urokodaki - Sama do you teach Tanjiro and Nezuko hand to hand combat?’ You asked the next day as said man was making dinner ‘No I do not, why do you ask?’ He questioned facing you ‘Well what if their katana breaks, or if it’s out of reach?’ You asked bringing up a good point ‘Well I don’t know much in hand-to-hand combat’ he said giving you a bowl of the soup he was making.

You didn’t go back to sleep after that it seems you got energy from eating instead of sleeping so you constantly had food on you ‘Hey! I can teach them! Please let me!’ You we’re excitedly looking at the man like a child, he let out a soft chuckle and ruffled your hair ‘Of course you can teach them’ he said ‘Teach who what?’ You looked at the door to see Nezuko and Tanjiro coming in after training each getting their own bowl and began eating ‘Starting tomorrow I’m going to teach you two hand to hand combat!’ You yelled as the siblings spit out the soup in shock and looked at you then Urokodaki.

They immediate moved behind the man as they stared at you in horror ‘Please Urokodaki don’t let (Y/N) do this!’ The two yelled ‘And since you two have become stronger I’m going to make the training harder than ever!’ You exclaimed finishing the soup while getting seconds. The two looked at each other in horror the last time you had taught them it was hell, even worse with the training they were currently doing ‘Now (Y/N), I think it’s best if Tanjiro and Nezuko stick to the training they're already doing’ Urokodaki said which made the siblings let out a sigh of relief.

You began wolfing down the soup then stopped to stare at the man ‘Fine if you say so’ you whined continuing to eat as Tanjiro and Nezuko fixed up the soup they spilled and began to eat.

Coming down the mountains even tougher now, we start up higher so the airs even thinner. It’s also really annoying when (Y/N) decided to also do training and they excelled at everything they even start at the top of the mountain. (Y/N) made it seem like it was effortless but I couldn’t really stay mad since (Y/N) is awake and even cheers me and Nezuko on. More than a few times I thought I was going to die.

‘That’s it I’ve taught you all I can. The rest is all up to you, you have to prove your capable of advancing to the next level. Come with me!’ Urokodaki said as Tanjiro and Nezuko followed him, it was starting to snow. Urokodaki stopped and the siblings stared at two huge boulders ​​​​​​’If you can cut this boulder in two. I will allow you to enter the final selection’ Urokodaki said and then walked away ignoring the two calling out to him.

“Is this really……. even possible can a katana even cut through that?” The two thought staring at the boulders with doubt. Tanjiro brought his katana out and swung down, the vibration from the impact on the rock shook all over Tanjiro. He looked at his katana relived ‘It didn’t brake’ Nezuko said also bringing out her katana and trying what Tanjiro did with the same outcome.

From then on, I spent every day practicing what I learnt from Urokodaki. All the basics like holding my breath and staying flexible, it’s a good thing I wrote it down in this journal. Nezuko had asked (Y/N) to help get her body stronger, (Y/N) training methods were odd they asked Nezuko to punch a tree until her knuckles bled, and also kick a tree till she felt her legs break. (Y/N) did some teachings like Urokodaki like with the breathing techniques they also made Nezuko do painful stretches making her more flexible. I joined in as well and I could feel myself becoming stronger. But even after six more months I can’t cut through the boulder. It’s frustrating enough, I’m not training hard enough. I got to do more.

It was almost sundown and Tanjiro was still at it with the boulder. He suddenly banged his head on the rock ‘Come on Tanjiro you can do this!’ He yelled to himself banging his head on the rock again ‘Silence’ a voice said making Tanjiro gasp. Looking up he saw a boy around his age with a fox mask and peach like hair, he had a wooden sword ‘It’s unseemly to whine so knock it off’ he spoke his voice calm “Who's this guy?” Tanjiro thought looking up at him “He has no scent and what’s with the mask?” Tanjiro continued to question him.

‘A demon slayer bares his suffering in silence, isn’t that what you want to be?’ The boy asked standing up ‘Then start acting like it’ he said then jumped off the rock and swung at Tanjiro who blocked him, the boy brought his leg up and kicked Tanjiro sending him away ‘Your slow, weak and immature that’s not what I’d call a demon slayer’ the boy said as Tanjiro stared at him.

Alright I’m gonna leave it there or else this will be way too long.

Taking Care of Sick Kamaboko Squad

Tanjiro Kamado

• This boy would absolutely deny he was sick in the first place

• You will have to chain him to the bed so he actually recovers

• He is always saying his fine and it’s not that bad trying to convince you his alright he doesn’t want you to worry or get tired out cuz of him

• But when you do get the chance to take care of him he will adore you more than he does already this boy is constantly thanking you for every little thing you do

• Changing the wet towel on his forehead

• He would thank you every time with a bashful smile

• You made a special lunch for him to hopefully make his recovery quicker

• Tanjiro is about ready to give you a hundred kisses when his healthy of course with your consent

• At first he’ll be all shy and cute that your caring for him but later on he begins to enjoy it and loves it even more that you chose to care for him

• Before with his family he would never get sick and would always take care of his parents especially his dad and his younger siblings

• Poor baby hasn’t really been taken care of like this before but as long as he has you by his side he wouldn’t mind getting sick again if you were the one taking care of him

Zenitsu Agatsuma

• He is the exact opposite of Tanjiro

• He would tell you immediately that he’s sick and yell that only you can take care of him

• If you say no he will absolutely cry while saying that as his future wife/husband/spouse it’s your duty to take care of him

• He gets really emotional while sick any little thing can make him cry like if you leave for more than five minutes or if you don’t give him enough kisses even though his sick especially if you don’t tell him every hour you love him

• Constantly asking for your help and won’t do anything unless your with him you better get used to holding hands while sleeping

• He will complain about taking medicine especially if it taste bad but if you say he did a good job while giving him a head pat then he’ll be fine with taking the medicine

• If he sees you taking care of anyone else but him for whatever reason he will definitely throw a tantrum until your sitting by his bed and giving him head pats or feeding him while having a smug face and occasionally glaring at the other person

• He will demand you cuddle him if not he will cry don’t test him he won’t care if he’ll get you sick because he’ll be here to take care of you

• You do eventually get sick as well but hey! You and Zenitsu can cuddle even more he sees this as an absolute win

Inosuke Hashibira

• This boy thinks he’s going to die since any sign of sickness in the wild would be certain death

• He would try and act as normal as possible and be his usual loud and rowdy self but slowly you could see his movements getting more and more sluggish

• You try to convince him that his sick and needs to rest and recover before it gets worse

• Inosuke being Inosuke thought you were calling him weak so he obviously tried to fight you, but as he was about to land a punch he immediately fell unconscious. You rushed over to him taking off his boar mask and touching his forehead but immediately jumped back since he was burning up

• You had to carry his heavy body to the Butterfly Mansion but luckily Inosuke didn’t start a fight as soon as he woke up

• While taking care of Inosuke he would always be silent if you did anything for him don’t worry his just getting those soft Boi feels

• Inosuke feels absolutely useless while being sick and with you making him feel all giddy inside he doesn’t know what to do, and he can’t release his frustration of not knowing emotions by fighting something cause you say he needs to rest so he’ll be really grumpy the entire time

• Out of everyone your the only one that can give him his medicine without any scratches, bite marks or bruises and sometimes Aoi, she makes the food

• He does appreciate what you do but his still learning how to act somewhat like a human as well as learning how to be a good mate, so just give him a bit of time soon you’ll get many acorns as well as affectionate ruff housing when he gets better

Nezuko Kamado

(This is set after she becomes human again)

• Nezuko didn't really get sick since she knew how to take care of herself and others

• But when she does get sick expect her to be extremely shy like her brother

• She would always have a blush on her face which would worry you with why she isn’t getting better which just makes Nezuko even more embarrassed

• Even though she was usually the one to take care of her younger siblings when they were sick she still isn’t used to being taken care of

• So she’ll probably try and convince you that she actually feels better when in fact she does not, this would lead to her getting even more sick with her even falling unconscious after trying to do some activities

• You might literally have to chain her to the bed so she actually gets better as well as telling her that it’s ok to be sick and taken care of and that might just make her cry since she’s always the one taking care of others

• This is the perfect time to pamper this sweet girl you are legally required to give Nezuko everything she wants and needs

• Herself and Tanjiro have been through a lot so to give her a chance to relax and not worry about anything as her lover takes care of her is everything Nezuko needs and wants

Kanao Tsuyuri

• Another girl you need to take care of with your life

• Since her growing up poor then being sold she didn’t really have any good experiences while being sick, she would usually have to just power through it since the people “taking care” of her didn’t want to waste money on medication for the kids

• But when the Kocho sisters adopted her as their younger sister things got better but as they say old habits die hard, so that is why you found Kanao who was training with a wooden sword using the weapon to support herself as she was having trouble standing while she was breathing heavily and sweating all over

• Immediately you knew she was sick as you were studying under Shinobu and knew right away she had a fever. You ran up to her as you tried to usher her to rest in the recovery ward Is that what it’s called??? but for some reason she was trying to convince you she was perfectly healthy, obviously knowing she was lying you figure this must be because of her childhood

• So after you try to convince her to rest for nearly 5 minutes you finally got her sleeping in one of the spare rooms, you told Shinobu about Kanao and surprisingly she let you nurse her to health so you went to get everything ready, it was your mission as a practicing nurse as well as Kanao’s S/O to make sure she is taken care of

• While Kanao is sick she’s more quiet then usual, sure you two could sit in comfortable silence but this was more like stressful silence and whenever you ask her what's wrong she says stuff like "I just have a headache that's all" or "I’m fine. Nothing to worry about”

• You have to sit down and tell her that you love her and that you want to take care of her so she feels better as well as saying that she’s safe and loved here and no one can/will hurt her again

• After that talk it’ll take a little while for her to get comfortable but after sometime she can finally relax and let you take care of her, and whenever she gets sick again she always tells you and ask you to take care of you since she’s more comfortable with you caring for her then anyone else

Genya Shinazugawa

• Genya doesn’t really get sick that often but when he does it’s either just a simple cold that will be gone in a day or two, or he’s so sick that he’s been bed ridden for two weeks there is no in between

• We all know how he acts around girls but around his S/O he is 1000x worst, it takes him a solid 5 minutes for him to string a single sentence together and another 5 more minutes to talk without a single stutter

• Genya prefers quite and dark rooms and he doesn’t really like to be around other people when sick (cuz he doesn’t want to get them sick) but with you he doesn’t mind having you around

• Like with Nezuko he was the second oldest of a lot of siblings so he would always take care of them when they were sick, so he isn’t really used to being taken care of so it takes a bit for him to get used to this

• I think that if he was sick for a long time he would kind of feel loopy and not quite normal which makes him more affectionate and confident with giving you more compliments and not shying away from affection

• You will have to be on guard while giving him his food and medicine since he will always try and pull you into his bed and give you cuddles, as you fight to be released saying you’ll get sick if you two cuddle which just makes the boy pout and try with all his might to pull you more into his bed

• When he does get better and you tell him all the cute and sappy things he did while sick he will always apologise extremely embarrassed of what he did but will say he meant everything he said
