Prompt #55

People were talking about the creature haunting the forest.

They were telling children stories about the monster of the forest, who would come for the kids, if they weren’t well-behaved. They were speaking about the ones, who went into the forest and came back pale as the dead, talking about the inhuman creature, who they nearly didn’t escape. And they were whispering about those, who went into the forest and never came back.

You hear the rumors and the stories. You know that most of them aren’t true. But if their belief, that you are a monster, will keep them out of your forest and away from your family, then you are just fine with it. And maybe you scare the few people, stupid or brave enough to go into your territory, to keep the rumors going.

Prompt #89

„I know you are here to save me, but this is really not necessary.“

„There is a monster standing behind you.“

„This so called monster is my best friend and a lot nicer than most humans.“

Prompt #61

The League of Supervillains sends one of their lesser known members undercover. Said member poses as a superhero to infiltrate the Superhero-Team. And they succeed.

However, the villain has accidentally made friends among the heroes while undercover. They never had friends before. (Among the villains there are no friends, only allies as long as they have a common goal and after that nobody is surprised to get stabbed in the back (literally and figuratively)).

Therefore, the villain doesn’t want to betray his first friends, but neither can they tell them the truth. And if they betray the League of Supervillains, they soon will be right on top of every villain’s to-kill-list...

Prompt #75:

Supervillain: „Welcome to this job interview. As you may have heard, my archenemy recently retired. And that is why you are here. By the end of the day, one of you will be lucky enough, to call themself my new archenemy!“

Captured Superhero Number 1: „That is not how becoming archenemies works.“

The other captured heroes agree. The supervillain disagrees.

Prompt #45

A hero and a villain are a couple. They both know, that the other one is a hero/ villain and have accepted this. They still love each other and want to get married.

The only problem is, that their friends (who are mostly heroes and villains, too) really don’t like the idea of ‚marrying the enemy‘. And maybe the couple should have been a little bit more considerate regarding the seating arrangement for the wedding (whose idea was it to let two archenemies sit at the same table???)...

Prompt #64

There are aliens in your backyard.

Apparently it’s a family and they are on their way to a vacation in another solar system, but they must have taken a wrong turn somewhere. They ask you for directions (you can’t help). You ask them, if they want to come inside for a coffee (they do).

Prompt #65

The villain didn’t like it, when their younger sibling became a hero. Nevertheless, they will be damned if they let any of the other villains hurt their sibling.

Prompt #38

When a person, who is important to both the villain and the hero, is kidnapped, villain and hero have to work together in order to save them.

Prompt #69

The supervillain won and finally achieved world domination. It’s all they ever wanted, all they ever dreamed of, but somehow they don’t feel what they expected to. They should feel good. Ecstatic. Content. Satisfied.

Happy.

But they don’t. They just feel empty and restless.

And alone.

So they make themself a new costume and rescue their own archenemy out of their own prison...

„I know. You don’t have to come with me.“

„Yeah, but I want to say ‚I told you so‘ when this plan inevitably fails, so I really have to go with you.“
