So fun that I kinda animated a super short bit from the fic, but it’s under the cut bc holy shit blood and gore warning. it’s also kinda spoilery for ch. 6

dib got a cool enchanted scroll off the dark web and tried to use it to stop zim from flushing dry ice down all the neighbors toilets and it just went downhill from there.  yes i did take the ghost bunny things from mopiness of doom lol. gir keeps them and gives names to every single one.

I....may have gone a little bit overboard on this one, but @bamsara ‘s series ‘Cryptids Emotions and the Possible End of the World’ has given me brainworms for MONTHS and the latest update has only made the worms worse by talos this cant be happening-

So I make very few posts, and I try to stay away from things that are hot topics because I dislike conflict, but this idea..... we have all these awesome headless statues hanging around the U.S. right now, Halloween is approaching, and I hate to be wasteful... anyone wanna put pumpkins on these fellows and just have a bunch of potential headless horseman statues instead? They can all be holding one of those sticks with the horse heads on it to ride on

...........okay... I've enjoyed a lot of the SM/DP series. Pretty much all of it.

I'm a fairly trusting and optimistic guy and I very rarely poo-poo on stuff that is unfinished, because you never know how things will turn out.

And while I wasn't expecting things to turn out the way I wanted as the series was being cancelled, I was at least expecting.... something? A conclusion? Some kind of resolution to at least one character arc? .... possibly just less pages of event covers as the advertised "double length" volume.

... I'm not mad. It's not my story and it's just a comic, but as a fan and defender of the series I really felt kind of uncomfortable with the delivery of that ending. It kinda felt a bit bitter??

Dunno. Anyway, it's over.

As soon as I finish moving (end of June) and get my drawing tablet back and set up, I think I'm going to continue this series on my own. Just for shits and giggles and because Peter and Wade deserved better.

Debating on where to start up.

1. End of the Itsy Bitsy Arc

2. The Roadtrip

Depends on how much I want to keep canon-compliant.

…Hi. I know it’s been a long time since the last full update. Thank you to all those who patiently waited and are still interested in reading this comic. It’s been quite a rough past year+ for me, but things are getting better :) I’m excited to finally move on from this chapter and start on the next.
