some things are really mind blowing about the first world. like vaccinate your fucking children. i live in a “third world country” in the literal ass of the world and 1) if your kids aren’t vaccinated, you can’t enroll them in school by law. 2) there’s campaigns where the government vaccinates all children in public schools and parents literally can’t refuse. they just can’t. by law. 3) you won’t get hired in most jobs if you don’t have all the vaccines or a reason why you can’t get vaccinated (like immunosuppression or autoimmune diseases) 

it’s literally that easy to get everyone to fucking vaccinate their children.

my favorite thing about “captain america: the winter soldier” is that if you strip them of their supersoldier names the title is literally “steve rogers: bucky barnes”
