God, I really gotta fuckin bounce đ so fuckin demotivated but the state of the worlds got me like
Usually, it takes me around 30 minutes or sometimes even longer to enter the void state. I typically get there by the time I reach step 4, but this time I somehow mastered it and entered in 10 minutes! Hereâs exactly what I did to enter quickly and effortlessly (but remember that everyoneâs journey is different)
1. Find a Comfortable Position, You can lay however you want, but for me, lying on my back helps me feel more symptoms. I stayed completely still, letting my body relax fully. No adjusting, no tension, just letting go.
2. Affirm with Full Belief, I repeated simple affirmations in my head, like:
⢠I am in the void.
⢠Entering the void is easy.
⢠I am pure consciousness.
I didnât stress or wait for symptoms, I just affirmed and let myself sink into the feeling.
3. Counted to 100 & Affirmed When Needed, As I counted up to 100, I didnât feel the need to constantly affirm. I only affirmed when I noticed my mind starting to wander. By the time I reached 100, I was already in the void.
4. If Youâre Not In Yet, Count from 100 to 0 & Affirm, If youâre not in yet, try counting down from 100 to 0 while continuing to affirm every now and then. Usually When I reach 0, I am already deep in the void.
I know for a fact it took 10 minutes because I had a subliminal playing in the background. Just as I fully entered, the sub ended, and an ad suddenly played, scaring me and pulling me out.
⢠Donât Overcomplicate It, The void is natural. The more you let it happen instead of âtryingâ to enter, the easier it is.
⢠Detach from Outcomes, If you keep thinking âIs it working?â youâre just pulling yourself out of it. Assume itâs already done.
⢠If You Feel Yourself Dozing Off, Let It Happen, A lot of the time, youâll enter as you âfall asleep.â Trust the process.
And thatâs itâ10 minutes, and I was in. No forcing, no stressing, just trusting. If I can do it, you can too!

Shifting is kind of like being a jellyfish. You donât have to force it or try too hard. Just like a jellyfish floats through the water without thinking, shifting happens when you let go and stop trying to control every little thing. You just exist in the moment, letting go of all the pressure. The more relaxed you are, the easier it is to float into your DR, like youâre already there without forcing it. So, let your mind drift, trust the process, and just beâshifting doesnât need to be a struggle. Itâs like floating effortlessly, just letting the current take you where youâre meant to go.
