Life is a lot like a taco.

It keeps falling apart as you try to enjoy it, yet you're somehow always expected to shove it down you throat and say ''wow, this is good''. And sometimes...

It is! Its good, it beutiful, everything is coming together perfectly but other times...

Other times you just want it to end.

Just want it to stop falling apart.

Not want to eat it after some stupid kid throws it to the floor, stepps on it and says ''gosh your taco is pathetic''

But you have to take it, and keep eating the taco because if you wont, someone will take it... you might even let them take it. And when you do... you dont do anything anymore.

I like to think of charlie as a mini celebrety. Theres a small second hand shop he goes to once a week, he's great friends with all 4 of the workers there, the elderly owners see him as a grandchild, he cleans the book section, they give him a free snack if he's had a bad day. He volentiers at both the homeless shelter and elderly home, all the old people LOVE him! He knows all the stories of every homeless person and elderly grandparent in town. He went to a summercamp where he got so good with the equipment they had at their wherehouse he got a job as an unpaid instructer there at the age of 7 since he was better then the actuall workers, most of the kids in camp came from tpugh homes so they started seeing him as a parental figure, he (emotionaly) has 30 kids now, almost half of them are older then him, he attends every game, dance and play they are in and gives them advice and a place to stay if they get kicked out, he's also close with many buisness owners in town and got his kids jobs to help them. He's super close with a local gang that used to be 4 gangs that he got to work together when he was 6, they are now doing comunity work as self defence trainers and did time in jail as punishment for their crimes and thanks to him they work with the police to help homeless kids driven to lifes of crime and to help clear the streats from violence to make them safer and they even do gun safty lectures in school. He has multiple friends in the police fource and goes undercover for them to help them bust drug oparations, he even babysat one of the cop's kids, his name is gladius he's married to a semi-blind detective named asher and they have 3 kids and 2 dogs

Random things charlie has:

• charlie goes to a lot of places with lots of gay men, one of these is a teen friendly bar for queers and he has an old emploee card from his gbf who works there

• on the topic of gays, charlie has just a bunch of homosexual and bisexual insomniac men saved on his phone and they just hit eachother up at random hours of the night, they have a groupchat:

Im gonna surprise him with a baby real quick'' so he starts planing these elaborate dates to sleep with Nick bc Nick is a gentalman who wouldnt have sex with Charlie that amount of times a month unless it was initiated by Charlie taking him on dates and asking him to have sex which he would gladly do whenever he just doesnt want to push Charlie to do things he's uncomfy with.

Quiwi was an intresting, almost ghost like little girl, there were many theories about this little orphen, some people said her biological mother kept her and had her in secret, keeping her nameless duaghter hidden in her basement until the age of five when she was found by police officers who werebusting her mom for drug dealing to minors, then was haistily taken into the foster system where she got imidietly picked by a lovly gay couple despretly wanting kids. Others say Quiwi's lack of a name was due to her being lab-made by a secret expirementation facility that was later busted down, this theory seemed to be confirmed by a simple detail, the fact that whenever Quiwi was asked to write her name, instead of handing in a misspelled 'Quiwi' or 'Quince' or other name that stairted in 'Qui' she'd simply write '???' On the paper. She was a perculiar little girl, she lived with her adoptive parents in an apartment in a street called 'queens' in the third apartment block on the first or second floor. Her parents; a young, trans gynocologist named Adam with hispanic roots and a love for martial arts and fighting, and an aphrican-amarican college dance and arts teacher named Reeve, both treated her with enough love to send someone to a coma yet she'd sometimes be seen wondering outside at night with her lovinly nicknamed pet opposum 'ratty' into the late hours of the cold, dark winter, volentearing at homeless shelters and food banks until late and sleeping with homeless people under the bridge that went over the empty, man-made river near the park where rain water was supposed to gather and pour into the sewege system. She was often seen with a young, feral looking boy, with black hair and blue eyes, who refused to wear anything but warm baggy sweatpants and a closed shawl even during the coldest winter day of the year. Quiwi herself was a phenomenon, loking no older than twelve yet acting as if she were 16 or older, she had short brunette hair and wild amber eyes that seemed almost enchanting, she always wore a big, poofy pink dress with a matching bow in her hair, paired with dark blue, rainbow-striped tights, (usually) a pair of fuzzy boots, a T-shirt with a sunflower on it and a baby pink sleeveless snow jacket, the sunflower on her shirt was always the same one, with a big, light-yellow center and sharply triangular orrenge petals.

No one knew the trueth behind this family, people tried to guess but were always far from it, they'd never guess what was really happening to this family of missfits or how they came together though the truth was simple. For example: adam came from an affair between his mother and a god of war, being a mere 16 yearold girl when the truth came out his parents divorced, leaving him alone with his dad as his mom moved to Berlin to be with family, he was later kicked out due to being pregnant at the age of 17 and lost the baby on the night of his 18th birthday in a back ally with some very bad men with crowbars. Reeve himself was a true abomanation of nature, both his mothers were gods yet he ended up mortal, his mothers are Medusa and Athena and the pregnancy that carried him was caused by the magic of a certin goddess his mother medusa turned to after being felt neglected when athena had drowned herself in work during the war that accured around that time 25 years ago, after the two fought and made amends to eachother Reeve, a healthy boy gorgon, was born and they moved to amarica before moving to England. As for Quiwi? It was natural she couldnt remember her name, after all, who would after so many years in the forest, singing with the trees, sleeping with the animals, and talking and dancing with the spirits of the past, especially a specific lenape spirit which she lovingly calls 'ratty', a blue eyes boy, with black hair, coverd in mud and trible paints, it was only a matter of time 'till she'd forget all her past, her name, her mother, her home, and the tall flames that made it all end.
