when did you leave Chinatown?
I don't recall too exactly, but I'd wager sometime in the early 1900s. Heard there was a big quake there but that doesn't really ring bells, so I must've been outta there by then.
Just asking who are you? Who’s Henry? I am new to this blog :3
Name’s William! I mostly hang out en abime.
Hey Will, do you like to read? Do you remember reading anything?
Don't remember readin' much in life, but in our early days Thomas put me onto some stuff! Started with the Symbolists, as is to his likin', though I prefer what those Dada folks were up to! It's easy to get around to readings now -- those free "PDF" sites folks like Mal and Thomas live on have tons of goodies.
you’re all musicians? what kind of music does Tati make?
She fiddles on her computer, kinda in the way Henry would plunk things out on his various doohickeys back in the day. And sings! Figure most of her tunes are gone now.
what exactly do you feel or think when you touch something? just in general
Wahoo! Or if the surface ain't pleasant -- Yeowch!
In all seriousness, I figure I feel whatever it feels like. It's a li'l' tougher to discern in this "Digital" age. Pixels are sharp unless there's a lotta them, in which case I s'pose it's almost fuzzy? Things out there have more variety, y'know? Graphite rubs off on ya. Ink on parchment's hard to differentiate from the parchment itself -- it's caught in the li'l' fibers of the stuff. Pictures caught on those "Polaroids" feel smooth and almost oily.
If there's some kinda description attached to a "Digital" thingamajig, I can feel that information, I s'pose. I've visited a sailor's tattoo or two in my time, so I know what skin feels like, y'know?
what was your sweetheart's name?
Huh…goddamnit. I suppose I can’t recall.
Hey Will, do you *know* who or what is... guarding Henry, so to speak?
I'm pretty sure I do. Can't exactly name it, kid, or I'd be leadin' the bull to the barrel house! I'm sure ya get the idea.
By the way, Will, you mentioned that liked help you move around - how does it feel to have your posts reblogged? (also did you know that here reblogs stay even if the original post is gone? so it's also a way of recording, I guess!)
Gee! That’s helpful, thank you! Definitely helps me feel more…concrete, if that makes a lick of sense? And helps me look at wherever the one "Reblogging" is puttin' the "Reblogs!"
Henry are you having an allergic reaction to sesame seeds and that's why for words are like? Incredibly spaced out like this?
no i feel fine it's more um that
seems like a bit of
interference or just static
like driving from
one town
to another, the st ations cut out
this isn't my town
Just two fellas who spend their time en abime. We'll see ya there!
