Why do you guys blame Cherry and Darry for the events of the book? (Y'all especially do this to Cherry)

Cherry was literally getting harassed by Dally, then Johnny killed her boyfriend, (even though he had it coming) and then Two-Bit had to stop some of the greasers from jumping her when she offered to be a spy. Honestly, I don't even care about Cherry that much myself, but it's not like she went out of her way to hurt anyone. (And who can blame her for not wanting to see the guy who killed her boyfriend? Besides, who's to say that Johnny wanted to see her anyway?)

And I don't like it when people blame Darry for what happened. (Ik some people blame Pony too, which I also don't like, but I've seen people blame Darry more) Darry was 20 years old. And taking care of his 16- and 14-year-old brothers after both of their parents died. AT THE SAME TIME. Darry wasn't perfect, but neither were any of the characters. That's what most people like about them. And really, if you want to play the blame game, blame Bob and the other guys for jumping Pony and Johnny, or blame Dally for flirting with Cherry in the first place. (Nobody seems to do the latter option)

Ponyboy would like your blue eyes, they would remind him of dally piercing and bright, staring deep into his under the moonlight, acting as his own summer sky during the nightfall. 

Ponyboy would like your green eyes, even though he hated most people with them. They would show him that there could always be a change in mind and heart.

Ponyboy would like your hazel eyes, the colors all together reminding him of the sky during the sunset. The blues and greens and some brown blending to make a beautiful grey sky in them.

Ponyboy would like your black eyes, they would remind him of Johnny, his innocence and how there is always some good in the world. He shouldn’t ever forget it.

Ponyboy would like your brown eyes, that gold tint in the sunlight reminding him of the sun during the rise and fall of night. That the only thing gold that will stay is you,

And those eyes that he loves so dearly.

First Johnny comes back as a zombie, than Dallas, and slowly, the rest of the greasers get turned and the rest of the story is just ponyboy going on adventures with a non hostile/peaceful zombie Johnny

RIP Ponyboy Curtis you would’ve loved How To Train Your Dragons (and he would’ve cried ridiculously hard at Stoick’s death in the second movie)
