This one was fun! I like the water bottle the best, altho the perspective is a little iffy. The pencil case is also pretty nice.
This one was my favorite! Me and my family went to a botanical garden a while ago, so I have tons of pictures of plants references. I wish I remembered what these were called..
Also I skipped day five. I'm HORRID at drawing animals
Ladies, gentlemen, and everyone outside/in between, I present my two true enemies combined: backgrounds and perspective! I think it looks quite nice considering how long it's been since I've drawn two-point, but it's pretty obviously rushed. You win some, you lose some?
I need some help!! I've gotten these 2 plants from my sister but she doesn't know what kind they are and neither do I, does anyone think they could identify them?
I really want the asthetic of a lot of plants in my house, but without the responsibility of actually keeping them alive.
I think I'd feel worse if I killed a pretty plant than an actual human.
Me: Under waters plant for two weeks Plant: thriving Me: waters plant once Plant for the next 2 months: I'm dying of thirst!
First Post! I'm so Excited! Breaking out the drawing pad finally, just something simple for my first post. It’s not traced on purpose I promise! 🤣
An illustration of my characters surrounded by plants! Which is at the same time a graphic for my plant collection page on my website! I thought that would be a cool addition.
I tried out some different overlay filter which makes the colours pop a little. It's a bit messed up on the big monstera leaf though which I noticed way later. But no big deal
Open for commissions!
Check out my epic plant collection :'D
After reading the fic Kindhearted, the image of Jack caring for all his plants (children) just couldn’t leave my head! ❤
Concrete Pavers - Modern Landscape Here is an illustration of a summertime small modern front yard with concrete pavers, a wood fence, and is tolerant of drought.
Indian liquorice is also known as Abrus precatorius and is a plant from the Fabaceae family, making it's most famous relative beeeaaannnzzz. It used to only exist in India but every tropical country has loads of this shit now.
The seeds, roots, bark and leaves contain a very Funny Substance™ that's one of the strongest poisons in the world.
Now let's say that hypothetically this liquorice got into the food of a person you coincidentally don't like. If the seeds are whole, nothing will happen, so you need to cut them up WHO SAID THAT. They also lose their toxic traits when you cook them, just like my ex.
After a few hours/up to two days your friend will get severe gastroenteritis, you know, vomiting, diarrhea, period cramps. Side effects often include a series of severe symptoms that transform the eyes into a shadow of their old selves. Oh and hair loss. I mean men are balding at 26 nowadays so it's not like people are gonna notice.
The most important aspect of the Funny Substance™ is the fact that it makes blood clot, and we all know what that does.
Two whole seeds are enough to cause severe poisoning in American adults.
While these little guys only grow in tropical regions, they're sometimes made into necklaces and sold, or placed in rosaries and dry arrangements.
Just saying.
Guys look at this cool tree i found one time, it's bark is weird looking.
And here's are some snails I found in a pond too
And here's some salamanders as well
I simply adore her!
smol plant witch at the supermarket with her mandrake familiar… finally finished! phew… @@

I grew up in citrus farming country, and had orange and lemon trees. And I saw a post today about how people in the US have gotten so used to everything being always availible that when they walk into a grocery store in January to buy a lemon, they expect the lemon to be there, and they never even consider how unnatural it is that we have lemons in January.
And this is so completely not the point of that post, which is why I'm making my own post, but this example really really bothers me, because as I said I grew up in citrus country, and citrus are winter fruits, and January is lemon season.
Which ultimately goes to prove the point of that post, that we are so used to this kind of constant availability, that most people don't even know what season is lemon season.
